Il Convento is located at Rapallo, a coastal town in the northern Italian region of Liguria, easily accessible by all means of transport. The nearest airport is Genova (approx.40km)which is connected by a regular airport bus service to the city centre of Genoa and its Principe Central Railway Station, from where operate all the main train services to Rapallo(average travelling times:intercity-,30mins, regional-,45mins & local-1hr) and beyond, but can also be easily reached from Pisa airport (approx. 2 to 2,5hrs travelling time either by road or train). The residence is situated in front of the palm-lined promenade that overlooks, from the bay of Rapallo, the Gulf of Tigullio and Portofino in the distance. An ideal setting for short breaks away from the hustle and bustle of stressful living. One can go hill walking on the Portofino peninsular(with varying durations from ,30min to 5hrs), take coastal boat trips or local trains to discover the quaint traditional fishing villiges scattered nearby along the coastline, "The Cinque Terre", "Camogli", "Sestri Levante" etc., play golf at the 18 holes Rapallo golf course (required proof of membership at a golf club with certified handicap) or mini golf in Casale Park which also includes fun area for kids, stroll along the nearby promenade and town centre lanes "Carrugi" or simply relax with a good book accompanied by an aperitif and contemplate amidst the continental ambiance in a temperate climate, especially through the winter months.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION: Included in cost the use of Electricity & Gas (Independently controlled Air Conditioning & Heating unit). EXTRA: CONTINENTAL BUFFET BREAKFAST: available at an additional cost of EURO 5,00 per person per day, and is served in the Coffee Lounge Bar and its adjacent sun terrace between the hours of 07:30-10:00hrs. GARAGE: Bookable at an additional cost of EUR15,00 per night (in the vicinity there are free public car parking areas and the Residence has one dedicated street parking facility, free of charge, but on a first come basis, therefore can't be prebooked). EXTRA ROLLAWAY BED: available with bed linen at an additional cost per night of EURO 20,00 in the Standard 1, 2 & 3 apartments and EURO 30,00 in Standard 4 apartment. BABY COT: available with bed linen at an additional cost per night of EURO 5,00 FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS:payment is requested the evening prior to the day of Check-Out; Form of Payment, accepted either Credit Card or Cash.

Policies:

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation must be in writing to Residence Il Convento. Failing to do so will result in cancellation charges. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival (Check-In date) will result in 30% of the Total cost being charged. Cancellation 29 to 10 days prior to arrival (Check-In date) will result in 70% of the Total Cost being charged. Cancellation 9 days prior to arrival (Check-In date) will result in 100% of the Total Cost being charged. No show, that is no cancellation notice being advised in any way at all will result in 100% of the Total Cost being charged.
